Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Valet platform operated by TeqBooster, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Valet provides a digital valet management platform that allows partners to:

• Register guest vehicles and issue WhatsApp retrieval links
• Manage valet staff operations through a web-based portal
• Monitor real-time valet activity through a manager dashboard
• Track check-ins, requests, and deliveries

TeqBooster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Valet, you must register as a partner and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your staff use the platform appropriately
• Providing accurate business information during registration

TeqBooster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Access to the Valet platform requires an active paid subscription:

• Monthly Plan: 499 QAR per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: 4,999 QAR per year, billed annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted

As a Valet partner, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate valet parking operations
• Obtain appropriate consent from guests before collecting their information
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized personnel
• Not attempt to access other partners' data
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Each partner's data is completely isolated and we do not share partner or guest data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

TeqBooster provides the Valet platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeqBooster shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions or omissions of valet staff using the platform

All content, features, and functionality of the Valet platform — including but not limited to design, code, logos, and text — are owned by TeqBooster and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of the Valet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

TeqBooster reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify partners of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
