Valet is a product of TeqBooster. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our valet management platform. By using Valet, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Partner Account Information — name, business name, email address, contact number, and business type when you register as a partner.
• Guest Information — name, phone number, car details (model, plate, parking spot) entered by valet staff during check-in.
• Usage Data — pages visited, features used, and system interactions to improve the platform.
• Payment Information — processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Valet platform for partners and their guests
• Send WhatsApp notifications to guests on behalf of partners
• Process subscription payments and manage partner accounts
• Send important service updates and welcome communications
• Improve platform performance and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

Each partner's data is completely isolated from other partners. A hotel cannot access another hotel's guest data under any circumstances. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Unique partner identifiers for data separation
• Secure authentication via WordPress user system
• Regular security monitoring

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following cases:

• With service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing)
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of TeqBooster, partners, or guests

Guest check-in data is retained for the duration of the partner's active subscription. Partners may clear their data at any time using the dashboard's "Clear All Data" feature. Account data is retained for 30 days after account cancellation before permanent deletion.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
